- I signed properly the app so it can update previous versions, no need to uninstall
- Traffic works properly, TESTED on Android 6 and Android 8.1

1) install the app from Google Play store. <--------DO THIS FIRST !!!!!!
2) run it, close. <----------------------------------DO THIS BUT do not download any Maps or Voices
3) uninstall from Application Manager. <-------------THEN THIS BUT do not uninstall it with The Google Store !!!!!!
Please note do not use 3rd party uninstallers only use what came with your phone or tablet......
4) install Tomtom_Go_Navigation & Traffic Patched <--NOW THIS
5) restart phone
You are ready to go now get your maps and voices.

If download of maps hangs on 1% use obb file (create a map called:com.tomtom.gplay.navapp in android/data/obb en put obb file from download in it) and restart your phone

This app has no advertisements

You must uninstall your old version and install this version + download maps.

An update - without uninstalling first - depends apparently upon the signature.

I cannot update from 1.17.5 to this release either because my previous version is signed by another user.

Update dors not work cause of signing

I said this was going to happen:

We have everyone coming up with their signed version of the TomTomGO app.

Then no one remembers what signed version they had installed or what forum that got the app from.

Then they grab the first post that comes along not thinking is this the signed version I installed before this one???????

And what happens it does not install.

There are so many different signed version of TomTomGO running around now.

Had everyone just used DeltaFoX original signed version we would not have this problem now......

I have tested every version that DeltaFoX has signed and have never had any problems installing them.

Go directly to his forum and get that patched version.

You can search with google and find it under DeFconX

I have just updated from 1.15.5 by DFOX and it's working fine.

Neither version 1.17.7 is installing over my current version which is "Tomtom_Go_Navigazione_e_Traffico_v1.17.5_Build_2128_Patched_By_DFoX-signed.apk"

Update from 1.15 to 1.17 no problems.

Only install and download maps.
