@firemobi I think Rapidgator either times out more quickly or possibly interrupts in some other way. This issue will only occasionally happen with larger files (200mb+) if the downloading to our server gets stopped before the download finishes.

It used to happen rarely, but as can be seen from the links I posted above it has happened more often in the last couple of days. I didn't even post all links, so there are more corrupt files in the cache. It would be great if the downloader could detect an incomplete download and not put it in the cache. That way it would try to download the file again should another user request a download. There are 5 more corrupt files in the cache just in the audio books section posted today

IMHO, this is an annoying problem that should be dealt with. Don't get me wrong. I __really__ appreciate the premium downloader and will be buying lifetime membership soon, but I think it's not a good solution if users download files and then later realize, that the files are broken. I'd assume that users "complain" to the uploaders that files are broken, only to realize that it's the premium downloader cache, that contains the broken files, not the filehosts. Simply not caching files from incomplete downloads would fix this issue.

Your Premium and forum accounts are separate. You need to login to your Premium account as the prompt states. If you do not know your Premium password, PM me, and I can reset it for you.

I had not changed my premium password but changed anyway.

yup same issue. changed as well, making sure there isn't any of those special characters, but getting the same error message

Best $20 I've spent in a long time. The blue arrows are so much safer and easier downloads than negotiating with picky filehosts and dodging their ads. I highly recommend Premium.

I've been getting sendit.cloud errors lately. It just says "the page was not found" even though they are new posts.
