Hi all,
I have been a member for a few years now, but found myself in a better position to be able to become a premium member + vip, it is so much better to use without all the file-hosts, i use Mobilism on Firefox, and it works very well, you can get a free trial at the moment, so give it a try.

The blue arrows are be visible to anyone who is logged in, regardless of whether or not you have a Premium subscription.
1. make sure "Display Premium Downloader" is set to Yes Here (at the bottom).
2. make sure you don't have javascript disabled in your browser
3. check if an adblocker is blocking our javascript from running (such as NoScript). Make sure neither mobilism.org nor mblservices.org is blocked by your adblocker. If you're using NoScript, make sure to allow full site.
4. if you're using Chrome, try disabling its built in pop-up blocker
5. if you're located in the United Arab Emirates, see This
6. if you're located in Australia and using Telstra, you need to turn off TELSTRA Broadband Protect
One way to test what the problem could be is using a browser different from the one you typically use, without plugins and where javascript should be enabled (it's enabled by default in browsers).

I just switched to a new PC and now I have to log in with my Premium username and password *every* time I click the blue arrow. I don't remember it doing this before the switch. Any suggestions?

This is my second year having a premium account. I love it! I use to get maleware on my computer from all those download sites and since having Mobilism Premium that's stopped. I'm glad I have it, it just feels safer being able to download directly from mobilism. So happy this site exists!!! Thanks!

Recently when uploading to Zippyshare and then checking the download using the Mobilism Premium Downloader, I get the error message:
However, the file is there and the download works fine if down manually. Any ideas?
P.S., for any newcomers/potential new users considering the Premium Downloader, it's an awesome product with great support from Disk4mat.
Processing. Remain patient.
