Does anybody knows how to configure Gmail with this? It won't do it automatically, it says "Strong Security OAUTH2".

OAUTH2, is google secured 2 step authentication using browser

Following Steps
1. User has to login to gmail using a browser..
2. User has to allow, AqualMail to access gmail server.

After these 2 steps, correctly
Gmail successful connected to AquaMail

How exactly do I give access in Gmail to Aqua Mail? Where is that setting in the web version of Gmail?

The browser wud redirect itself to a screen shown below



The allow permission is in the browser itself, not in the settings
