Dever, glad to help you with this thread. The library pack was in need of organising.

I have not tried 7,80 yet. It can be installed alongside earlier versions of b4a in a different folder so i will do that to test it. (It can also be installed over an existing version... in the default folder).

This new version has many changes so i am approaching using it carefully. (B4a is becoming rather complicated to use.)

Yes i have tested 7.8 and compiled previously created code using v6.8 working nice without any error

I noticed the same squawksarah. B4A is more complicated each update. It's not being easy follow the new resources, tools, code changes, etc. But I try as I need... it's the way...

just to let you know guys:
if your app using device admin rights, you may got "has stopped" error when enabling / disabling your app as administrator in security - phone administrators. please note, this error is not in your app, but b4a issue since version 7.30.
version 6.80 doesn't give this error.
