How is this a higher version than the official release, which is 4.29? Where did this 4.3 come from???

I've just checked this and you're right! I'm guessing these 4.30 releases are from the beta channel

Most of the time developers releases a new version to some specific countries first before release everywhere. For example Solid Explorer always targets specific markets first before releasing it to the US & UK.
