I can't decide whether or not I like this or "Alarms" better. I like the "sleep cycle" idea where it tries to wake you during light sleep rather than deep sleep, so even if you get 30 minutes less sleep than you normally would, you're still (supposedly) waking up refreshed rather than groggy. I'm not sure how well it works, it hasn't revolutionized my life or sleeping patterns or anything, but it seems to work?
