What's New should describe the changes made for this version of the app. Usually a changelog is provided on Google Play, but if it is not (because it is the first version of the app, or simply because the developers didn't write anything), write: "No changelog" (without the " ").

So, by the Mod Info it looks like that's just a "Clone" of the original, nothing else or special, that means that everyone can do it for himself, and No, I won't do it for somebody else and provide a link, so don't PM me or quote me to ask for it !
