LBE Security Master v2.0.1298 BETA

Overview: LBE Security 2.0 is the update to LBE Privacy 1.2


LBE Privacy Guard works just like Windows UAC, it intercept vital actions (like send SMS, call phones) and requests to access sensitive data(SMS conversation, contacts, phone location, IMEI, IMSI, etc) from apps, then prompt for your confirmation. Unless explicit permit, such actions and request will be rejected.

LBE Privacy Guard also has a low-level firewall, supports per-app control like droidwall, but not require netfilter/iptables so it works on pre-froyo devices and faster than droidwall because it doesn't filter packets.

This release is here to ensure compatibility with CyanogenMod 7.1, when LBE can't install it's service. I'm not affiliated in anyway with the developer nor the translator, just putting this release here since I'm using a Touchpad under CM7 and needed this.

Looks interesting. Small releasers always have the best mirrors. Although I don't want to start a bootloop on mah beautiful phone...

Just search it on the market, it's free and runs without a problem on my htc legend with cm 7.1.0.

LBE Security Master and LBE Privacy Guard are NOT the same.

LBE Security 2.0 can ONLY be found on XDA
LBE Privacy 2.0 is available on the market, and doesn't have the call blocking abilities (and some other stuff)
