You can use adguard with Nordvpn and Expressvpn.
You just need to change adguard settings so that it uses local http proxy mode instead of local VPN mode and then setup proxy mode on your devices wifi settings.
Theres a guide on adguard`s website, easy to do and takes a few minutes.

but then we can`t use express to disconnect and reconnect? we have to manually change it everytime?

Once you`ve setup up a local proxy then you wont have to manually change anything after that, if you dont want expressvpn running then just turn it off, adguard will still work just the same whether expressvpn is running through it or not.

The problem with enabling HTTPS Filtering and the latest version of Firefox is already solved? (where both of them can't work together)

Unable to use adguard n VPN at the same. If i switch on vpn in adguard app then adguard main app is getting switched off

Bro the VPN is not a real one,
only the vpn function on Android is used by AdGuard to filter ads in all apps. It's all done on your device. So without VPN no adblocker can work, similar apps such as Blokada also use the VPN function.

As for your question, Nordvpn apk from their website (Not playstore version) can block ads. Go to settings and there is a option called 'Cybersec'. This blocks ads while using Nordvpn.
