Just tried it and no, it does not work. When you tap "apps2sd" it force closes the application.
I am looking for a apps2d tool for myself as well, but sofar I haven't found any working on my 2.1 rooted x10

1.Step
Patitioning your sd-Card

here is a great Howto for this
2. Step
plug on your device via usb to the computer
if you don't have it enable usb debugging
now extract the zip from the Attachment into the root of your sdcard

3. Step
open and adb shell with
Code:
adb shell

now instert the folloing command

sh /sdcard/app2sd.sh

4. Step
to install app2sd youst press enter
after some time your X10 should be reboot

5 .step
on the boot after the wihte/black sony Logo
your telephone led will be are red or green



blue means:
no proplem with sd card booting normal
purple/voilet means
sdcard malfunktion booting with failsafe

info:

to deinstall app2sd
please make step 1-3
but then you inster 1 and preass enter
then you must decide if you want
to move the apps from your sd-card to internal
then press 1 and hit enter
or you want the aps before you had install app2sd
then instert 2 and hit enter

after some time your telephone will reboot
then app2sd is removed

ps :
can onyone check if this work on the Xperia minni (pro)
because i don't have it
