then I used "systemizer" magisk module to move the app to system and it worked but every time I try to modify some permission the app crashes

Magisk requires root which defeats the purpose of needing this app.

nope, I disagree... I use this app with ROOT privilege. Besides, I wasn't talking about his app in that post you quoted but instead. I was referring to an alternative that other user recommended (AppOpsXposed)...
