Can someone explain to me how to use this? Or a site with a FAQ.

i.e. I realise this won't work on apps that are already cracked - but how do I get the original apk for say, ezPDF when it requires payment to even download it?

2 very good reasons:

• If you are in foreign countries, many apps using license checks to verify their legality. So, you have to turn on mobile data. Guess, who pays the roaming bill? . Use Lucky Patcher & get rid of if.
• Sometimes it is better to only remove the verification & not fully crack the app. Grants mostly their functions & stability. So a few uploaders are deciding to upload the original-apk (like they got from market) and each user should patch it by himself. Also grants the update/upgrade-compatibility.

you can't.
Someone has to download it from Market, then backup the original .apk file from the phone.
