After todays Android 11 Final Update for Note20 Ultra it doesn't work anymore. Knox and Device Admin and Owner App can't activate.
With Beta Android 11 it works.

Fixed - Secure Charging and Shield not working for Android 11 - If you had the Shield ON ensure it is still on.
