Anyone with Cyanogen ROM 4.2.15.1 having the dialer/contacts app being VERY slow in GDE?

So, I saw this posted and became rather curious.
I have tried numerous apps like this in the past ( Dxtop, Open Home, Etc)
They were all OK. But they just could not replace Motoblur. My question on this is does it support all android versions or just 2.0 and above...?
