I've installed LauncherPro Plus v0.8.1.0, can i just update it using this apk without uninstall my old one?

No and quite frankly it seems most/all the apk's here will not allow themselves to be updated for free. Kinda a bummer but it does mean uninstalling and reinstalling any future updates. At least thats been my experience with the apps I've gotten here. Depending on the app and the amount of saved data you have within it, makes it a big or small deal. With something like LP+ its kinda a big deal because by uninstalling and reinstalling obviously we have to reconfigure all our home screens. I wish we could just upgrade/update but the cracks seem to only work per version and are not as universal as a genuine purchase. Maybe Im wrong but I dont think I am. I've tried the update future both thru Market and AppBrain and neither works they both only give me the Buy option

Nopes. I've just updated without any probs. But the only prob is, my facebook widget has a somekind like crashed. I can view my own profile newest status, but i can't view news feed. Any comments?

I enjoy this program so im really considering buying it.. but, anyone know if i can update the pro version through the market?

You can update to Pro through the normal version. Just long press on any widget and then lift your finger and it'll automatically ask if you want to upgrade through paypal.

Also for those that don't like having to redo their homescreen every time they install a new version you can go into the Preferences for LauncherPro and make it create a backup. Newer versions of the app can still use those backups.

As long as you have the plus version of 0.8.1.0, you just need to upgrade using this version and everything will be fine.

This is what I specifically did:
1. Download version in this thread and open through Astro
2. Close facebook widget
3. Open LauncherPr0 options and retype my credentials in the facebook LP widget
4. Re-open facebook widget
5. Enjoy fresh facebook updates

When I buy this pro version will it update through the market?

Install astro file manager has and update manager built in that will help with apk updates.
