It's not fetching it from anything, we certainly don't charge you automatically at the end of your trial and we don't ask for any payment details unless you decide to buy a subscription. The methods we have available are PayPal and Bitcoin.

I've just renewed my subcription for a one year Premium, adding a Lifetime VIP. I cannot find any VIP forum, releases, requests etc, as promised in the subscription details. Please, would you explain how this VIP membership works and in what it consists specifically ?

Premium Downloader subscriptions are applied automatically and immediately, so you can already use the Premium Downloader. However, forum benefits (VIP, WRZ$, etc.) have to be applied manually (by me), so it takes a bit of time until you'll see them on your account. You will receive a PM once they have been applied. My apologies for the delay.

There are no known issues with the Premium Downloader currently. What exactly is the issue that you are experiencing?

:thumbup: Agreed! I'm going to look at the various options, but I am hedging toward lifetime, too.

Administrators here are very cool and very prompt with responses. The Premium account is the least I can do to help, as I see how much hard work goes into this community.

Had an issue with ebook Enigma.....Arthur Griffiths. Using VIP link gets wrong book. Regular link works okay.

It's because the file was named very uncreatively, and there's another file from another release in our cache that was named identically- enigma.rar. Sorry for the inconvenience, we do advise our releasers to name files in a way that is unlikely to conflict with others.

https://mega4up.com/ indeed is not working since beginning of this week. Need to download via the long method, waiting for 30 seconds, click on some pictures.....Please remove MEGA4UP access if it is not working. Thank you.

I second that!
The site takes an age to connect after clicking on the blue arrow (20+ seconds when other sites download straight away).
When it finally connects, the download fails 50% of the time.
I can't download from it directly as I keep getting an error message about "string too long..."

mega4up is terrible. 30-40 seconds to load using premium and doesnt work 3/4 of the time.

I tested numerous links on mega4up.com and right now they're all working. No changes were done on our end so I suspect they had a temporary technical issue.
