That is correct, there is no PPC installer in the package HAL uploaded. You can download either the EXE or CAB files from the links below.

Download

?Book Pocket PC / 2002 / 2003 (Windows CE 3.0+) Download

?Book 0.9g Unlicensed Pocket PC ARM Version EXE or CAB (iPaq, Axim, Toshiba, XScale)
?Book 0.9g Unlicensed Pocket PC SH3 Version EXE or CAB (Jornada)
?Book 0.9g Unlicensed Pocket PC MIPS Version EXE or CAB (Cassiopeia Pocket PCs)

Instructions
Download either the EXE or CAB file for your device from the links above. If it's an EXE, click on it from your PC to install it to your device. If it's in CAB format, copy the CAB file over to your device, and use File Explorer in your device to click on the file to install it on your device.

Get the pack posted by HAL above, and extract the uBook.ub1 file to the uBook program folder on your device. Click on the file in File Explorer and it will ask you whether you want to install or not, click Yes to install the license, and voila, your copy of uBook should be registered!

I installed this app a long time ago and forgot that the exe was a separate pc app. Anyways, sorry about that. I updated the archive and the link in the original post, so now all three cab versions are there (ARM, MIPS, SH3).

BTW- it doesn't mention compatibility with WM5 on the developers website, but I can confirm that this app runs fine on WM5.

I cant get the included arm to work either. As for the links to download from gowerpoint, I guess they´ve changed the protection, because the ubook.ub1 file dont work with these :(

This is the cab I used.. it must work for at least some devices. The reg file only removed a nag screen, not really that big of a deal. You can easily use the trial version indefinately.

Btw, version 0.9h BETA/Final is out. You can install it over 0.9g with the same registration fine.

What's new in µBook 0.9h - Beta

This is the first release candidate for µBook 1.0 (about time...)

# Fixed issues (and speed) with embedded RTF images
# Remove Easy/Advance modes and replaced them by having +/- control for each section
# Added Option to disable the file name at the top of a slideshow
# Changed Auto-Text-Open to have a 3rd choice: open only when one text is in the zip file
# Changed Lock screen mode to toggle on and off on a double clik
# Fixed issues with PML and HTML parser
# Other Bug Fixes
