Downloading My TIM you have several information and services to facilitate your day to day:
• Internet consumption: The app allows you to track the internet consumption of your current package in a clear and easy way. Check the chart for the quantity available, the quantity consumed and the renewal date of your package. It's TIM helping you to make the best use of your internet.
• Internet consumption detail: through a chart, see the history of your consumption in recent months. For Pre and Control customers, keep track of expenses for the last 2 days online.
• Minute consumption: Track your minutes usage through the app. Check how many minutes you've used and how many still have to use!
• Balance: Manage your balance and the validity of your recharge credits, promotional credits, franchise and more.
• Reload: Place credits on your TIM right in the app, wherever you are. Just choose the type of recharge, value or package and validate your data. It is safe and fast.
• Detailed Balance: Prepaid and Control customers can track their expenses and their recharges through the detailed balance
