clarkatillo, no you don't need to root your phone! Are themes, just .apks, so just install! The 4shared is a file hosting service/site where I uploaded the files. For me is the better way to download these files without wait too long. That's all!

ydoba check better! Read the "F - G" list, and you will see that the "Future Theme" exists!

I found a "Go Launcher EX Theme Adidas v1.0" (not posted here) but unfortunately has one dead link..
Also I checked on Market and there is not a theme with this name.
I found this alternative Adidas theme for Go Launcher:
