The multitouch thing is an issue with the galaxy nexus, not the game. The Android 4.0.4 update should fix that. Should be coming out soon if you didnt get it unofficially yet.

Odd, once I turn on Dynamic Shadows on my SGS2 it seems to have random crashing...
Other than that, if you have it disabled, but High Details enabled it seems to work just fine.
