What is the issue that you are experiencing? Premium is just the name of the Downloader, you're a Platinum VIP, so you have a lifetime subscription to the Premium Downloader.

Fixed 14 minutes after you posted about it, you should have PMed me or posted three days ago when you first encountered this issue. Because there are 22 supported filehosts I cannot always know when there is an issue with one of them without the reports of users.

There appears to be a bandwidth limit on accounts on Dropapk that Mobilism's account has reached. We have contacted Dropapk's owner about this. Dropapk has been great at resolving issues when it comes to Mobilism so I expect this will be fixed by them shortly.

I ordered the premium account/VIP earlier today and havent received confirmation or a password to use it. Any idea on how long this takes?

Premium Downloader subscriptions are applied automatically and immediately, so you can already use your Premium Downloader account. However, forum benefits (VIP, WRZ$, etc.) have to be applied manually (by me), so it takes a bit of time until you'll see them on your account. My apologies for the delay.

What is the filetype? Are you on Android 10, using the Mobilism App and getting .mobi? If yes, it's a known issue with Android 10 and the app that is being worked on. Rename the file to .apk and it will install.

Something odd happening. Regardless of the file host, I'm getting horrifyingly slow d/l speeds - 28kb or less (3.8Kb just now). Speeds are normal with a different download manager.

I'll report back if it improves.

EDIT: (One hour later) the speed is still not up to par. Will check back tomorrow.
