Touch screen control disappear after a while

it does not download the 2 wads saying error, where can I get wads and where to place to be able to play? Thankd

ok I got Hexen wad and placed it and was found but than it said sound files to download but same with the other 2 files of wad it could not download, seems something is wrong...
