It works fine on my Essential Phone with Android P. That error message occurs when OBB file is missing or not extracted to the right place. "com.Rain.Teslagrad" folder with the "main.60.com.Rain.Teslagrad.obb" file needs to be placed inside "/sdcard/Android/obb".

Wow I feel retarded. I somehow missed the links for the OBB files right next to the apk links. Thx for pointing out what I should have done!
However, sadly I'm still having the same problem, any advice will be greatly appreciated.
0. So first I un-installed the malfunctioning app from my phone.
1. I downloaded the zip containing com.Rain.Teslagrad which I placed in /storage/F05F-D9FC/Android/obb/
(this is my removable storage, my phone storage does not have the
Android folder with subfolders data/media/obb. I'm not sure if this matters or not... )

2. Unzipped into android/obb
3. I still had the main apk in my downloads folder, so I installed it once again. No errors, until I finally run the app but still with the same result... which is a short succession of studio labels are displayed after which we have this to look at

Forgive the novel, please. But is there any thing I missed or did wrong that is evident in my little play-by-play account up there? Should I have installed the apk before unzipping the com.Rain.Teslagrad into sdcard/Android/obb? Is there a special incantation or do I need to face the east while gargling "Last Resort" by Papa Roach?

Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read this and/or reply constructively. :D
