Works fine here. After you install the app downloads something by itself, don`t know what it says, it`s in Chinese or something. After that the game works fine.

In my case only download the OBB on first start

1.31 out. This one, at least for me, stopped working on both childrens tablet and smartphone.

Seems like with previous versions, that as soon as a new version is released, the game doesn't work anymore (at least for first-time installations). Current state: Dialog in chinese appears, stating that it need to dowload 460 mb of data. After confirmation, it immediately says download complete and stops responding. (chinese translated with an app). Mods for this game don't seem to be future-proof, as is evident if you look at the previous releases which all had similar issues.
