Overview: MITT is an application which allows you to do repetitions of high-speed/intensity work followed by periods of rest or low activity. You can configure work length, warning time, rest length and some other features (colors, sounds, etc.). Once you’ve set up your workout you can save it and then switch quickly between saved workouts.
Configurable options:
* delay time, workout time, rest time to any setting from 1 second to 99 minutes
* optional warining period for indication that workout or rest is going to be finished
* allows to set multiple intervals within one workout
* allows to preset several different workouts
* different ringing sounds: boxing gong, tingsha, beep, buzz, click, ding and other.
* phone vibration (may be turned off)
* sound volume (may be turned off)
* phone backlight tuning
Timer at work:
* easy to read countdown with VERY BIG numbers
* optional keyboard locking
* switching between landscape/portrait display
* countdown, elapsed and total elapsed time modes
* round and interval counters

* quick switching beetween saved workouts

* touchscreen phones support
* may be used together with phone music player
* prevents phone screensaver activation
