I have a question: Is there something wrong with the European German and France maps?

Normally I see the countries with the flag and county name (ex. [Dutchflag] Netherlands) in the search for a location.
Now for France and Germany I only see regions.
I don't see: [franceflag] France instead I see: Brittany, Normandy etc.
So, I can never add a direct address.

In the map list (I have only 6 European maps): France 851MB | contains regions.
I always remove the fts files, don't need them.

Assuming you mean NT not NQ...
To use the NT maps you must use the wcl.pak file from the wcl folder from the NT base files along with the rest of its basefiles. The wcl folder can have all base files from both NT and TA maps as they are different, all except for the wcl.pak file (which is common to both TA and NT-but different files). If you set it up for NT but then download a map from within the app (which is a TA map) then it replaces the wcl.pak NT file with the TA version then only the new TA map is recognised and the NT map is not visible in the app. So the wcl basefolder from a set of ta maps contains different files to those in the wcl basefolder from a Nt map except the wcl.pak, though same filename different file. Also a valid content.info file in the map folder.

Hello. Could you plz check> in 17.4.9.12 is TA.FRA.2018.03 - a lot of error: ERROR: wrong file size (+ ERROR: wrong MD5)

This is not available for small town, only big ones. Sometimes there are only few objects like that. Maybe that is the issue?
