I personally would install TT in the main memory of the HD2 (the maps and other parts are stored in the microSD card).

So uninstall TomTom and reinstall it in the main memory. Tell me what the outcome is.
Okay everythink is okay now .. just the problem was mine .. if you could link me to some maps for TomTom .. including greek map and bulgarian .. tnx :) :)

Try * HERE * for maps. The latest ones for you are "Eastern Europe 850.2820" (includes Bulgaria) and "Greece 850.2801" (includes Greece :) ). There is no 855 WinMo maps for those countries yet.

hi there,

none of the tomtom version 7.918.9193 that can be downloaded in this topic are the right one for the hd2 (wvga).

is there any chance to get a link for the latest tomtom version with the right resolution for the HD2 (preferably in black)?

thank you.

Although it is not the same resolution, the VGA version works just fine on my HD2.

Many thanks for this relase, but I have a big problem.

Smartphone: Samsung Omnia II GT-I8000
Activated map for PDA devices in root of microSD card: Western_and_Central_Europe_840.2563

Problem: "NO MAPS FOUND!"

I can install TT only in Device if I choose Memory Card or My memory,I have got error "Unable to start. Not enough memory"

I have spent whole sunday on Google, trying to find solution.I have tried diffrent version of Navigator and maps (UK 855.2931)
It seems like Navigator can not see map on the Memory Card (device memory is too small to put map on it).

Any help will be appreciated.

I have installed the mainTomTom program on the system memory and the map folder in the root of the microSD card. I can confirm that the UK 855.2931 maps works fine with this version of TomTom on my HD2.

Thanks but on OMNIA II I can only install Navigator in Device Memory (ROM - 45MB) and Navigator can not see any map on microSD card.
Does any did it on OMNIA II ?

All I was doing was confirming that the Navigator program version will work fine with that UK map.

I take it that you have the folder United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland_855_2931 in the root of the microSD card.

Another option is to delete the file CurrentMap in the My Device -> Program Files -> Navigator. This will force the program to do a research for maps.

I have HTC diamond and this version works ok but the thing is keygen doesn't. Albert server is always down.
How else can I activate maps? I have copied map to Internal Storage/maps but nothing is happening. Tomtom doesn't detect it. I had to install some free map to even begin using it.
Please help?

The fact that the map folder (ie United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland_860_3126) is in the folder Internal Storage/maps instead of Internal Storage/ is why TomTom can't find the map. The free city map is different.

For a basic method of activating the map then go * HERE *

You could either try the solution in posting 18 or use the 7.917 version.
