Instructions:

Install TomTom 5.2x using "TomTom 52.cab"
Create folder called TomTom in "My Documents"
and copy the included CurrentMap.dat there.
Replace "TomTom Navigator.exe" with cracked file
Extract each of the maps to your SD Card,
putting all under the root folder in separate directories.

I just messed around with this whole map thing for a long time. Let me save you some grief. I finally got it all figured out. Here we go.

Move the map folders to the root of your storage card. Do not change the names of the folders under any circumstances. Edit the CurrentMap.dat file in the My Documents \ TomTom directory. You can edit it with word or notepad. It should look like this below with your specific map names.

\Storage Card\United_States-Map\
\Storage Card\Canada-Map\

Remember it can't be nested and you can not alter the original folder names or TomTom will not recognize the maps. Within the preferences you can choose between the maps.

when i try to download USA South-east for Florida it tells me to download but after it downloads it says do you want to open it with the internet explorer and also the file is in the internet explorer icon. I Clicked the file i download still and it directs me back to 4shared.com and his files. Can someone help please.

I am still having trouble downloading the usa south-east part 1-6. I am a newbie at this GPS stuff. I just bought just now a Holux 236 bluetooth GPS reciever hopefully that is good. So what other stuff do i need in order to see the maps on my tmobile Mda (Have a 1gb). I did download that tomtom 5.21 on the other forum. I believe thats just the program right? and the program on here are just the maps right? but i am having a big problem trying to download that south-east part. it keeps asking me do i want to save south-east part1.htm to your desktop. Or is the file suppose to be in htm? I would really appreciate it if you guys point me in the right direction I Just Love The Site! And one more thing like acouple of post back there was something about dont install gps.cad or something like that if you have a gslim236 is that the gps i have?

Yeah There is something wrong with the USA South-east Part1-6. I didnt have any problems downloading the other USA West. The South Is Reading HTML might want to check on it. Does Anyone have the map for Florida cuz the rar files for south-east isnt working. I would really appreciate it if someone posts Florida Map.

if you are in the usa, use iguidance 3.0, it blows tomtom away. No map downloads either just find the torrent for the iso

Do you have a link where iguidance 3.0 is to download? I went on torrentspy.com and tried to download iguidance 3.0 but for some reason it isnt downloading.

Have a question with IGuidance 3.0. Are You aloud to have just free roam like the icon just follows where ever you drive, or is it you have to put in a destination for it? And Also Is there anyone who has IGuidance 3.0? If someone comes out with a working IGuidance 3.0 and I have to verify that it works myself. ill give 20WR$. Also Whoever used 3.0 already is there 3d for QVGA? I have heard it shuts down for 3d on QVGA.
