I have this version of TomTom installed but it doesn´t look like the previews shots that are shown in the beginning of this post...
is there a problem with my installation ????
am i missing something ?????
the screen shot seems a bit better, what i mean is that the zoom buttons are in different position and there is an arrow on the top left of the screen that mine doesn´t have...
can someone tell me anything about this...

PS: Sorry about my English, i´m from Portugal

The OP might have taken the above pic. to just show functionality not the actual pic. for the software he has posted. But this version looks lot nicer than the one in the pic. so don't worry you have got the right software.

@carlos...yer right and i never noticed that, but hey as long as it's giving the right directions where the zoom in and zoom out buttons are placed don't matter much I guess, and yeah you can try the display options

Screenshot is probably from an older version ...
That's what manufacturers do often :)

Major roads enables you to drive from one zone to another. TomTom's maps are divided into regions, and there's no way to route from one region to another automatically. You have to use the Major Roads to go from one region to another, then switch to that regional map when you get there to use the detailed maps.

Make sure your maps are in the root directory of SD card like;
/Storage card/USA South-Central

Dont put maps in a two folder deep format otherwise TOMTOM is not gonna find it. I hope this should help. And also dont forget to put these path in TOMTOM folder in my documents.

HELP!!
I have Navman PDA with integrated GPS (Pin100). Is TomTom supposed to work with my setup? Or does it only work with separate GPS module? :?:
