Download the original APK from the Play Store.
Install the app and only open it. Don't download a map.
Then, from the app manager, delete it.
Now, install the crack APK and enjoy.
You have to do this with kitkat or lollipop android version.

I have tried a clean install but also an overwrite/updating with 1.16 (it wil download aditional 30mb) on my rooted galaxy s5 (android 4.4.2) unrooted galaxy s5 (android 6.1), unrooted galaxy s5neo (android 6.1) and Wiko bloom unrooted android 4.4.2.
All need internet on second running to start the app.

Did you try to run it off-line (airplane-mode) ?
