U should follow the proper instruction for installation at first. These serial of patched ones always work like charm for me. I totally does not have any issue at all.

For those fellows who are even too lazy to follow some basic instruction rules:
it works as it did for every past release !

works great...updating to 1.17....also updated the map

Does not let me download the maps, gets stuck at 1%

Cancel the download and try again.
I am working correctly updating on the previous version

Install the obb file then try downloading the map again. That worked for me.

Install original open it then uninstall it and then install patch version by koumkouat
