TomTom Easy Activator v0.3 (freeware)
Requirements: Windows
Overview:
Found on the net: Graphical Windows Interface to make activation of TomTom maps easier
Install -> Select Map version -> Select Map -> Enter Device ID -> View Code
If your map is not in the list you can copy the mid into an existing directory or create a new directory with the mid file in it

Are you going to built in an updater for all new maps or something....??

like all new 675.1430 (navteq) maps..

You can find your device ID this way:
if you got a PDA - open storage card, where is TT installed and you should see a file called
ttnavigator.bif or something similar- open this file with Notepad or Wordpad and there you will find a line
DeviceUniqueID=xxxxxxxxxx

and that´s it. that letters and numbers after =
:)

and a note:
you can find it on TomTom car navigation systems too ;) (TomTom PDAs) but the name of the file is not the same.it is called similarly.search file *.bif
