Hi folks - looks good, but after searching for a good while I'll be darned if I can find that "sdkregistry directory" on my wizard.

Anyone care to tell where it is.

Thanks

Bob

I think (not sure) it's Program files\ToolsTools. Well it worked but not tried in the field yet.

if you have tomtom6 i think you can not do that, but if you have tomtom 5 you can use tomtom menu builder the link is here http://www.skux.net/tomtom/menubuilder2/index.php
good luck

I had trouble finding it at first, using activesync explorer, but was able to after searching the ppc with its explorer.

Root/Tomtom/Sdkregistry

I also have a folder called "sdkfilecalls" which seems to be a hidden folder.

Root/tomtom/sdkfilecalls

These folders may have been created when i installed "Navideo" program, i am not sure, but after some seaching the folders were there.

The program loads tomtom and and has a flashing "tracking" icon within tomtom, but i do not know what it does after that.

So i guess without more instructions it has me confused for now.

EDIT: found the instructions on the website...but I dont understand them
call me DUMB. lol

To do that I just delete tomtom.mnu deom Root\tomtom\sdkregistry. Then Tomtom takes automatically the default menu.

I think that default tomtom menu can´t be edited, cause included in app.

I'm wrong?

I installed the compact net framework the version linked above in instruction section but when I run the msi file to install the software it requires to download and install the compact net framework anyway (even though it's installed on my ppc as described above) and if I click yes it takes me to a dead link of Microsoft, if I click no it stops the installation.
What's the matter with that??????
