Hello tabardajun, i have made all you wrote on first post but still not enougth memory error.

I have one of those 2 din chinese gps radio on my car, with win ce6.0 and 128 mb memory.

I have put only the software on the card and it runned ok.

I took the device id so to umblock the map Iberia_855_2931 and used your mapsettings.

The thing is that it didn´t work, what´s wrong?

you say it did not work, but what kind of message you had?

you say it runs OK with only the software on the SD, but if you have no map, how can it be?

Do you have the "Iberia_855.2931" map folder in your SD?

In my chinese GPS Radio the path is "Storage Card", not "StorageCard"

I changed but still the same.

OK,

you have to do some tests:

rename storagecard into Storage Card (the 2 words separated)
if no success, change the setmem "70000" into "42000"

After about a month using igo, i´m trying again to put tomtom to work, but still nothing, always the same "Not enought memory" problem.

I´ve tryed diferent settings, but nothing.

The thing is that tomtom starts when i don´t have a map installed or when the map isn't activated.

Also in the radio the pah is /StorageCard/ but in .mscr file works with /SDDC/ or /storagecard/ or /Storage card/

The only thing that breaks is when i put an activated map-

Also done the mapsettings route planning and putted in map and mapsettings archive.

Just didn´t tryed yet the almost full card method.

Any ideas??

Start the software from the file TT7 Navigator.exe (file TT7 Navigator.mscr configured for SDMMC to change open with notepad and change to the desired drive path and map name folder), already contains a file MapSettings.cfg with a road planned with map Iberia_855.2931.
To work on Windows CE 6.0 and 4.2 is required to start the software with a road planned, otherwise we have a memory problem.

To planned a route I leave the Windows CE 5 emulator, unzip WinCE5_Emulator folder to PC and start:
You need to use the same TomTom software and map that you want to use on your GPS (at this time run TomTom Navigator.exe).
Unlock the map with this tt8_keygen.exe and plan the road.

after 3 days trying to run TT7 on wince 6.0 at least it started to work - thanks everyone.
but still got a little problem with audio anouncement insted after 300 yards turn right or left it says after....... I tryed to fix this problem with TomTom audio cab or audiofix.exe but I cannot run this file on my X-trons wince 6.0 as it has no microsot net framework 3.5 and cannot run this application. Have you got any ideas

But i'm now experiencing this problem like you. After ..... it doesn´t conclude the settence.

i ve pna mio spirit 695 lm wince 6.0 with only internal storage (nosd)

i renamed sd with "my flash disk": is it correct?

it opens map but after 2 second says as always "not enough memory"..

I give it up.
I tested everything before i posted here, just to try everything out.
Costed me about 3 weeks.

I've a Nowada 2450 GPS system. running WinCE 6.0
If anyone has this one, and figured it out i would like to hear that.

Activate map ok, running and editting script ok...
try other maps, try other TT versions... did it all.

The best thing i got was a version(tambardajun) that works with only Europe_2GB_870_3391.
and after 30 sec i got the message not enough memory.
(doesn't matter if i work on it or not, just between 20 and 30 sec i got that message)
Then i tought, that map is to big, but with only Benelux it doesn't work at all.
(Benelux did it on the emulator, did map setting and everything, just doesn't work on the device)
Not enough memory.... yes, tried all memory configurations from 10000 to 110000.
also closed background programs with task manager like "console pane" to save memory.

If anyone has an idea, i'd like to here it but i just think my device wont accept it.
Costed met 3 weeks of lost time...

and yes, i'm sure my script paths where ok. it worked, i could see that when it deleted files and the memory was adjusted in the control panel of win ce.

anyone advice?
