Thanks.. Gonna test it out this weekend.

Is everything installable to the SD card or do certain components require the main mem? :)

Hi All,

Comes up saying "Map Out Of Date, see i-go.com" and when I goto the About bit in the program, it says Basemap and gives dates, but next to the Britain it says RIP

Tried with the original licence and the new hack one inc with this download...

Any idea's...?

Cheers,

Lister

What basemap version are you using?

My details as below

IGO Basemap 2006.01

United Kingdom 2006.01+

Licence IGO_2006b_allmaps
CE-M9PJ-NDZ4-Z5UX-XX4F-6B0R

I have no other maps on SD Card and the IGO Programme Version is April 25 2006

Hi Spinny,

Thanks for a fast reply, mine are as below:

IGO Basemap 2006.01 (from original app, found on another site)

UK Map (from this post)

Licence (was from original app, and then the one from this post)

I have no other maps either, other than Basemap, and my programs dates is slightly older: 12th April 2006

I did try the i-go update a while back, and the version I have is/was still the latest, unless it's changed since.

The original 5 digit postcode map (85Mb) works fine, but replacing it with this one comes up OutOfDate and says RIP :(

Hope you/someone could show me where I'm going wrong, as would love to have this one...

Maybe I need this?

Or is that one, the one included with this post...?

Can't see what your problem is, replace your licence with the All Maps Licence above and it works fine. I tried it without the new license first of all as I have the other GB Map. Like you, IGO told me my map was locked, as soon as I put the posted license on, the software ran. Now all we need is for IGO to support speedcams and I will be switching from TomTom.

Hi,

I will try what you have said, even though I have "kinda" tried that already... but i will do it exactly as you said... (without licence first).

i-Go can support SpeedCams, I have added my own speedcams, and other points of interest. All POI are stored in igo.db (original size 25k, mine is now 2.5mb ;))

I have wrote up a guide on another forum.... I will amend here shortly, only I gotta rush out...

Thanks,

Lister
