cgeff,
AFAIK this software is designed to decode TMC signals with devices that have FM tuners already built in e.g. Xperia etc
Your device needs to have an internal/ external FM tuner to utilise this.

Hi, nobody answered my question, but since I use a car radio GPS, this software should be usable. But is there a way I can extract files and configure it manually since I cnanot run installations on my radio?

For Navigon, I do not know completely.
For your second question, if your PDA gives you the possibility to have both, so much the better, personally I use a HTC Diamond and there are adapters for the two available connection.
Edit the version beta6 of hyperGPS are not stable.
I tested with navigon 7 and he doesn't worked.

BETA 8
What is new in Beta 8:
-Full GNS protocol support. Tested under iGO and Navigon
GNS needs TMC+GPS option to be selected althought if it is not, HyperGPS will send fake GPS sentences.
-Less CPU consumption and lower memory footprint
-Optimized test program: Now RSSI is correctly shown under Royaltek mode, unused buttons are hidden under GNS mode and all the behaviour has been polished.
-RDS and TMC indicator in test program.
-Log mode redesigned to make more useful and readable logs.
-Removed fake RDS message under Royaltek mode. Not necessary with correct timmings.
-Soved an issue with block ratio not always sent.

First download the 2 files (beemer_cert.cab and HYPERGPS_WM6_B8.cab) copy and install in your device, if you want TMC with iGO run first HYPERGPS and make TMC DRIVER ACTIVE (hit [TMC]) when tmc driver is active you have to close HYPERGPS and runing iGO with TMC options.
you can use tmc option if your device can receive radio (HTC Diamond for ex.)
