Is this working with 8.1.20.7.1 as well? I get the US voice (no test sample tho') but no TTS (just "left" "right").

TTS wouldn't work for me with version 8.1.20.7.1.
We need an upload of the latest Canada and USARoads maps from the GPS for Dummies collection. Surely someone has them?

Hello,

how is it possiple to show the GPS information speed and high in the navigation screen ? This was possible in destinator 6.
I am missing this usefull information in destinator 8.

Skin problem: When I have selected a town to navigate the description of the Save-Button is to big. What can I do?

Hi,

I tried this setting in destinator.ini

PORT=2
BAUD_RATE=9600
PROTOCOL=2
GPS_DEVICE=GPS

But software doesn't get gps signal, it says something like GPS not found. Any idea what I have done wrong? (Those settings work in igo8 with same GPS unit).

edit DESTINATOR/USERDATA/GPSTMC.INI for correct settings.

I was trying to use it in an emulator like igo to test on computer before using in gps device.
Only thing I did is the following:

1- Create a folder called DestinatorApps on the root of the SD card
2- Create a folder called Destinator inside DestinatorApps folder
3- Create a folder called Canada inside DestinatorApps folder (if you want to use canada maps)
4- Extract files from destinator inside Destinator folder (so you should have destinator.exe directly in Destinator folder)
5- Extract files from Canada.zip (if using canada maps) inside Canada folder (should have all WCE and others files directly in Canada folder)
6- Put SD card in GPS and run desinator.exe located in Destinator folder and enjoy!

Let us know if it works!

I keep getting "Tab file isn't in memory!" error when i load destinator 8 on my navigon 2100 max.
I have tried all possible ways to put the maps in the root, DestinatorApps, and even tried to install on the internal memory.
Help!!!! The software id's the maps but just wount load :/
