Which one shoould I install for Sygic Navigator 13.4.2 ?

I have downloaded Basefiles, and Pakistan maps. Can anyone help me what to do now?

Should I install Sygic v14 beta and place these files where? A step by step guide will be helpful

I can't seem to download the North America maps. If I for example select California I get

At first I had that problem and then I switch to my home computer and network instead of my work one, and it went fine.
