Has anyone got active traffic working?

can someone please help me out with this? i did everything from the instructions:

*Install CoPilot Live Premium Europe v 9.1.0.214 (Do not open!)!
*Install LuckyPatcher.0.4.by.ChelpuS (Needs root access to work!)
*Open LuckyPatcher, find in the list press and hold on CoPilot Live Premium Europe then hit Lucky Google Market Patch!

***till this point. i hit launch on the lucky google market patcher and then copilot wants me to open an account. i try to open one (with my fake email that i use for such things), but when i press continue i get this message:

we're sorry

copilot couldnt verify your purchase with and. market. check int. connection. if prob. pers. check thta the device account has purchased this product 8error -723)


*Open CoPilot after LuckyPatcher does its job!
*Make CoPilot user account!
*Download maps!

U need to have internet connection, 3G or wifi On.

Can I install/get/download the USA maps with this release?
