Name of software: Any Application that can make my WM6.5 view KOR,JAP, CHINESE output.

just want an app that could teach my WM6.5 device to read East Asian Characters (Korean, Japanese, and Chinese).
or maybe an app that could give me East Asian countries on my regional settings (I believe that such regional support could also teach my device to read East Asian Characters.)
Please Help me or just give me some info about my problem.
BTW I don't want to brick my device so I've never tried to read the topics about that WinCE.nls thingy. Another thing is, I've tried Xyam's East Asian Support cab(from xda) and it didn't help me at all because that cab only gives me Chinese Outputs and Korean Characters are still replaced with boxes.
