First of all you should root your android phone. (Google it for the instructions, it differs for each model)
Then go to Google Play Store and search "AdFree Android". Download the app and run. Allow superuser permissions that will appear on the screen. Choose "Boot Normally". It will show a message in order to update your hosts file. OK this message. Then tap on "Download & Install Hosts". After updating a message will appear that it was successful! Reboot your phone.
You're done!
