You better try this cab install:

TT6.204(7230)_fullInstall_NoVoices_BestIcon.cab

This is my fixed cab file for previous version 6.203 (7220) where I just replaced the only 2 files needed to upgrade to 6.204 (7230) taken from sagittario openning post:

Tomtom Navigator.exe
data.chk

Rest of sagittario files are not needed because they are the same or user dependant (maps, voices, etc)

Install cab file and:
add your preferred voices to \Program Files\Navigator\voices
add your maps wherever in SD Card

ADDITIONALLY I replaced embebbed executable icon by a better one (see my link to prev. ver. to see the difference)

yes, i had also your version, and this one is newer and i see the menue is now quicker, more i cant tell you now. But im sad, because the older icon was prettier. Can someone send me this or some other icon(s) in 32x32?

Versions 6.2xx are non-official versions and they come from somewhere in Asia.
As far as I know, latest official version "with medicine" is TT6.032(8351).
It is well known that official versions behave very low responsive in landscape mode and do not work at all for Dell Axim X50v/X51v when in "mirror mode" (VGA out).
That is the main reason I like 6.2xx series, it works great in landscape and VGA out mode.
I do not have any problem with series v6.2xx but some people do reported problems, see the thread link for v6.203 at my post #7.

Tell me exactly what version you prefer and what icon you want in it.

As mentioned above...6.2 is NOT the latest release...inv fact it's not an official TOmtom release...it's a dodgy asian version that requires extra fonts.
It is slow and has a lot of problems and is not worth the effort.
