Hi,
I have upgraded to premium + vip yesterday. So far I don't see any difference from just being a registered user than being able to use the blue arrow downloader as I did with the 10 day trial. Where do I access vip info. Also do I still use the trial password allocated to me. Thanks for your help.

Is there something wrong with the premium downloader blue arrow access? I keep getting an error when trying the premium download button. Signed up in September, so it's not due to run out yet...should be a year.

I've just joined premium, I have to log in for every book I download, it's so irritating, is there anyway to stay logged on (there is no 'stay logged in button')?

I'm using an iPod touch 4 robbing iOS 6.1.6

SO VERY SORRY, SOMEHOW I'VE POSTED THIS ABOUT A DOZEN TIMES, when It looked to me as if I couldn't post it even once! I was able to delete a couple of the post, but then the delete button disappeared.

It should keep you logged in automatically. If it doesn't, that means for some reason your browser is not saving our cookie.

I'm able to use the manual downloader but clicking the blue arrow next to links gives me 'account expired' even though it's not. I already cleared my browser's (chrome) cache and cookies
Is there a way to fix it?

Is this happening for a particular filehost? Please provide me a link which returns this error.

so far it's happening to all the filehosts that the premium downloader can take...
