The Destinator 9 software that I found here does not work, it shows an error with "symbols" and "bluetooth"
Even though, I found another Destinator 9 which works perfectly in my TOUCH PRO 2 and I even activated the map for EEUU South

But I do want to also ADD ANOTHER MAP (MEXICO 2010 Q1) but the software asks me to activate the map using a license key and a activation code. How can I resolve this issue of using BOTH MAPS, considering the problems I had with Destinator 9

PD: My Destinator version working with US South maps is 9.1.21.10.16 accordingly to "about" in the software

Hey guys i had this problem In my destinator V8 that the Gps cannot be found thing...
sorted it out now n its working just fine...
I'm living in india n these r the settings for One India Map aug 2009. Firstly browse to the file GPSTMC located at Destinator****/UserDAta/GPSTMC open the file with NOte PAd and paste the following settings.

[GPS settings]
;Serial comport parameters. Protocol 2 means NMEA, 1 - SiRF
Port = 7
BaudRate = 115200
Protocol = 2

[TMC settings]
;TMC parameters
TMCOn = no
Port = 7
BaudRate = 115200
Provider = 1
AutoAvoidance = yes
AutoSearch = yes
PICodeList = yes

Note: users of different countries u can use it as well but u might need any older version of destinator installed in ur pocket pc. if u do just browse the file Destinator.ini and open up using notepad.. there just search for the baud rate, port no, and protocol.. copy the no's and paste it in ur V8 GPSTMC file.. reboot ur ppc and HUrrayyy ur destinator V8 will work just fine..
