Viktoria Substratum Theme for Samsung v5.4 [Patched]
Requirements: Android 7.0+ and Samsung Experience 8.1+ Root
Overview: Viktoria is a substratum theme with a lot of options for each overlay, it supports every Samsung phone with Android 7.0+ and Samsung Experience 8.1+. For example: S8, S8+, A5 2017, Note 8. On S7 some things may not work.
What is themed?
