Lookin for NA_USA.dem. I have a small file, I use (before phone was stolen) to have a large 250MB+ dem for US. Does anyone have the larger DEM for North America or US?

What is the proper procedure to combine the map files after downloading? I see there are some duplicates if I try and unpack all of them to the same folder, and I am unsure if I should just overwrite the files. Thanks!
