Noob question probably, but when I add shortcut and choose bettercut to make my own icon, it doesn't come up in the list but bettercut makes one on my home screen. Is it possible to make your own short cut and change icons??

Nope.

Not possible to create a shortcut with Better Cut and place it on the Launch-X Pro bar.

Hopefully they'll make this possible in the future.
