v3.10 - Weather feed selection, geocoder option, sort skins, tweaks

3.10 - 19th August 2010
- Google Weather is now an alternate choice for the weather provider, but I still highly recommend Accuweather when possible.
- You can use an alternate geocoder to decode the location name with Accuweather, work better for some people.
- Default skin optimized to use less memory
- Added an option so the landscape skin background is not loaded in order to save memory. If you have a device with desktop portait only orientation and if you want to save memory, check that option
- Notifications removed before the update to the weather to be sure they are deleted.
- Clock skins can now be sorted by most downloaded, name, most recent, author name
- Some others small improvements on the clock skin selection
- Attempting to fight task killers that kill the service that update the clock and weather
- Tweakings on the weather refresh when the phone is sleeping
- Added access to the changelog and a new FAQ
- Added Japonese translation
- Minor tweaks
