Looks like it's a new anti pirate protection. That's why Batalan stopped to post updates.

A weird thingy in new packages is also they're almost half a size compared to Locus 3.27.2. What happened with the app?

Is there a reason why Balatan does not maintain Locus further, and/or do you know this info from first source?

this app use google bundles is a new form of building apps and now them are split apk.
no extra protection, but you need lucky patcher or SAI app installer to install on a device.

Guessingly because the three auxiliary packages from v3.38.2 are missing?

Installation instructions in pastbin link are still the key, just replace that new update need to be installed with SAI and zip file with splited apks.
Need after installation to change application version in mention.preferences.xml with new one before launching.

You follow exactly the pastebin link instructions from scratch, and when it comes to upgrade from 3.2.0 to last version, you install 3.8.3 with SAI (you launch SAI and select zip file directly in it). Then, come back to pastebin instructions : don't launch 3.8.3, but edit preference.xml with appversion = 839 (3.8.3 build).
The key is created by you à beginning of pastebin instructions.

But the problem at the moment are that i not have app library files for device because the link in post of 3.2.0 is down. ALso i use cheatdroid 2.1 and i think is not pro
